	Haus der Lebenshilfe gemeinnützige GmbH Uelzen Haus der Lebenshilfe gemeinnützige GmbH Uelzen operates workshops for disabled people as a way of job rehabilitation. The workshop for disabled people is open to all people, who aren’t, aren’t yet or will never be able to work due to the type and degree of disablement. The company offers job related education and a job for an adequate fee. Alongside the workshops five accommodation units as well as one school and two kindergartens belong to the HdL. The communal units of the HdL are spread across the districts of Uelzen and Lüchow-Dannenberg. The Haus der Lebenshilfe gemeinnützige GmbH employs 250 employees who attend to and aid the 560 disabled people in 5 locations with work and living. To participate in the work HdL has its own workshops. From procurement and logistics to carrying out the most diverse manufacturing processes right through to quality management HdL is in the position to respond to the requirements of the client in the most diverse work fields.


	With help of the database based QUAM systems and with support from LINTRA HdL has transparently displayed the first portion of the company regarding the organizational and operational structure. Through this particularly the most diverse internal and external requirements were met. Optimisation capabilities were able to be defined in joint workshops and picked up on in internal projects.
